How to delete your account
- In the app, on iPhone and Android
- Open Profile, then tap Delete account.
- On the web
- Sign in at app.solar360.io. OpenProfile, then click Delete account.
- If you can't sign in
- Email support@solar360.io from the address of your account.
What happens to your data
- Deleted at once
- Your name, email address, password, photo, two-factor settings, sessions, phones for push notifications, connected calendar, and your chat messages and their files.
- Kept by your company
- The work records of your company, such as deals, leads, notes, and files, show "Former member" in place of your name. Your knocks stay without the position of your phone.
- Removed later
- The delete is complete within 30 days. Copies in backups and logs expire within 90 days.
